Pan-Fried Sanddabs
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2-4 people
Preparation
Dredge Sand Dabs in flour and pan fry over medium heat until it's a golden crisp color.
Add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
When ready to eat, take your knife and cut right down the length in the center of the fish and carefully separate the flesh with the knife.
