Get Hooked! With Colectivo Felix - Wednesday, May 18th
The Monterey Bay Fisheries Trust's “Get Hooked!” dinner series is coming to Santa Cruz on May 18th! Colectivo Felix will host an outdoor Peruvian-inspired seafood and rice event to benefit our Community Seafood Program.
The event will run from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Dinner will be cooked and served on Colectivo Felix’s patio and guests will be able to dine al fresco on locally sourced seafood from local providers such as Del Mar Seafood, H&H Fresh and Ocean2Table.
Chef Diego will be out front sharing cooking techniques as he prepares the featured dish. Guests can enjoy wine, beer, and live music while local fisherman, David Toriumi, talks about what it’s like to be out on the water and the importance of sustainability. 11th Hour Coffee Westside will be open for event-goers to purchase beer and wine on-site.
Tickets will be $45 a person (beer and wine sales are not included). $15 from every ticket will directly support the Community Seafood Program, which provides healthy seafood meals to community members in need while supporting our local fishing economy. Donations can also be made online if guests would like to contribute more to the program.
Tickets can be purchased HERE.
