On March 1, 2022, the U.S Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) announced the availability of $40 million in competitive grant funding to strengthen the viability and resilience of local or regional food systems by increasing market opportunities for locally and regionally produced agricultural products. AMS is hosting this event to help farmers, producer groups and other potential applicants understand the RFSP application requirements.
