Members of the public are welcome to participate in-person at one of two meeting locations, or participate via Zoom webinar or phone. As the Commission transitions back to meetings with an in-person option, we will be asking that those who plan to provide comments via Zoom or phone to please register for the meeting in advance. Additional details regarding how to register will be provided next week.
