The California Dungeness Crab Fishing Gear Working Group is seeking nominations for a representative to serve on the Working Group, beginning October 2021. Specifically, a recreational Dungeness crab angler to participate as a member and to represent the recreational sector during entanglement risk assessment discussions and to support other work focused on developing strategies to reduce risk if entanglements in California Dungeness crab fishing gear.
