Join the California Natural Resources Agency and our partners for a Central Coast regional workshop to provide input on meeting the State’s commitment to conserve 30 percent of California’s lands and coastal waters by 2030 and accelerate nature-based solutions to address climate change.
The April 27th Central Coast regional workshop encompasses Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara counties. All meetings are open to the public, regardless of you or your organization’s geographic location.
The workshops are just one of the ways you can help shape California’s strategies to fight climate change, conserve biodiversity and build climate resilience. You can provide input in an email, submit comments through postal mail, and leave messages on the 1-800 line. These options can all be found on the contact us page at californianature.ca.gov.
Each workshop will include closed captioning and simultaneous interpretation in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese. Upon registration, participants can also opt to dial-in by phone. By registering for this workshop, you will also be added to future communications regarding nature-based solutions and can opt out at any time.
