As part of the Monterey County Local Coastal Program, the Moss Landing Community Plan
(Chapter 5 of the North County Land Use Plan) and the corresponding Coastal Implementation Plan are currently being updated to improve and enhance the coastal community while conserving natural and cultural resources and providing public access and public recreational opportunities. This plan is being prepared by RMA – Planning with the input and assistance from the community, stakeholders, planning & environmental consultants and associated agencies.
