Prioritizing State-Managed Fisheries Webinar

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) invites Tribes and tribal communities, stakeholders, and interested members of the public to join the first of two webinars to learn about the state’s efforts to develop a list of priority fisheries, as directed by the 2018 Master Plan for Fisheries: A Guide for the Implementation of the Marine Life Management Act (2018 Master Plan). The first webinar will take place on July 30, 2019

Tribes and tribal communities, stakeholders, and members of the public interested in attending may view a live stream of the webinar at a CDFW office. In an effort to increase accessibility to information, facilitate broader engagement, and provide a sense of community, CDFW will be hosting remote participation in this webinar at select CDFW offices across the state (listed below). CDFW invites those interested to view the webinar at one of these office locations and join in this discussion. Please RSVP to Strategic Earth, the neutral facilitators of the webinar, at info@strategicearth.com by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019 if you would like to view the webinar from a CDFW office. Additional information specific to the CDFW office you plan to attend will be shared in a follow-up email.
