Item 5 on the strategic plan will now be a discussion item only.  Consideration and possible adoption of the final plan will be scheduled for the February 2020 meeting.  Written public comments on the plan must be received by 5 pm on December 13, 2019, and can be submitted to COPCpublic@resources.ca.gov.
