The Moss Landing Community Plan and Coastal Implementation Plan, both of which are a part of the Monterey County Local Coastal Program, are currently being updated to provide a comprehensive planning framework to improve and enhance the Moss Landing community. This plan is being prepared by RMA – Planning with the input and assistance from the community, stakeholders, planning & environmental consultants and associated agencies.
