Serving Up Gratitude in San Francisco

He commutes from Chico to San Francisco as a fisherman. He thinks about how everyone else is also at the wheel heading somewhere to serve tables, pound the pavement, or do whatever it takes to pay the latest credit card, hospital, car, or electricity bill that just went up.

But this man does something many of us only think about doing after our children, parents, friends, and others are taken care of first. He’s sacrificing a significant portion of his potential earnings even when times are tough.

He's been doing this for about 2 years and allowed me to tell his story recently. I hope this inspires you as we kickoff 2019!

A big thank you to Clayton Rougelot who put in so much time and effort to shoot and edit this piece.
